Annual Reports

Format for Annual Reports

All committee chairpersons shall prepare and submit an annual report to the Committee Liaison no later the February 15th of each year which must include the following minimum information:

  • The names of each committee member.
  • The committee objectives for the past year, and the progress towards the achievement of those objectives
  • Issues or difficulties the committee experienced and their resolutions.
  • It may include the budget allocated and the effect that the budget had on the committee operations.
  • It may also include if there is a need for extra or new committee members due to workload or member turnover.

The report must be typed, single spaced and if possible, signed as they will be reduced and photocopied for publication in the annual report booklet.

There shall only be one report per page of the annual report booklet.
